Visiting aunt and her little family..... While chatting at the kitchen table and eating breakfast we thought something or someone was upstairs, we could hear like a thumping sound so we stopped talking and got quite in order to figure out what/where was that noise coming from; we could hear it coming from the stovetop then from inside the top cabinets by her stove but it was so weird because it sounded like if someone was upstairs.. her husband said that it was because of all the rain and wind hitting on the inside of the entrance of the air ducts which were located on the outside wall of both bathrooms (two story apartment complex) that's why there's a leak inside the restroom downstairs, in disbelief we all went together to see what he was talking about and there it was... a leak coming from the ceiling in the downstairs restroom ..

Love the renovations and improvements the owners have made to the building over the last two years! They turned the unused back lot (which was an unkempt overgrown dirt patch) into a nice children's playground, a turf sports field, and a nice covered picnic area for us to BBQ. This apartment building is cleaner than it has ever been and it seems that the general neighborhood is safer and more family-oriented than ever. Property managers are really friendly and great at what they do. They respond quickly to maintenance issues and are always easy to talk to.
